Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ Community Conservation Partnerships Program to provide funding for repaving a portion of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail. The grant proposal includes an ask not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars with a match not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars from the City of Pittsburgh’s Capital Budget JDE Job Number  6090000726 for a total project cost not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
