Title
Resolution granting unto Bernardo Katz, 20 Cedar Boulevard, #104, Mt. Lebanon, PA 15228, his successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at his own cost and expense, a deck with canopy, stairs with awning, and a handicap ramp at 1600 Broadway Avenue and Hampshire Avenue, in the 19th Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Bernardo Katz, 20 Cedar Boulevard, #104, Mt. Lebanon, PA 15228, his successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at his own cost and expense, as follows:
On Hampshire Avenue, a steel and concrete dining deck, 7' out from building by 10'6” in length, with tables and chairs and a retractable canvas awning; steel and concrete stairs, 7' out from building, 11' in length, with an overhead wood awning 3'6” out from building, 6' wide, 12' up from a 14' sidewalk area;
At 1600 Broadway Avenue, a concrete handicap ramp with metal railing and step, 5'6” out from building, 11' in length on a 11'8” sidewalk area,
in the 19th Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-564 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
