Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement and/or agreement(s) and amendments thereto with ePlus Technologies, Inc. for assistance in planning and executing a move from existing locations to a data center at a new location, at a cost not-to-exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) over 1 year. Amounts are chargeable to and payable from the following account:

TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED                                                                                    $50,000

 

Section 2.                     The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.

 

Section 3.                     Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
