Be it resolved that the council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

SECTION 1.  The City Clerk and the City Controller, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s) or use of existing contract(s) with a consultants to provide professional services to Pittsburgh City Council at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Organization 101200, Sub Class 150, BY 2000, Account 525500, City Clerk.
