Resolution providing for an Agreement(s) and Contract(s) with Bromberg & Associates LLC for the purposes of providing effective communication services to people with disabilities for the payment at a cost thereof, not to exceed $27,000.00.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of City Planning, has an executed contract with Bromberg & Associates LLC, a provider of effective communication services for residents and visitors with disabilities; and
WHEREAS the City of Pittsburgh is mandated to provide effective communication to all residents and visitors regardless of ability under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Bromberg & Associates LLC for the purposes of providing effective communication services for people with disabilities at a cost not to exceed $27,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following accounts:
2018 & 2020 Capital Budgets, Department of City Planning:
