Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Works, is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Maxim Crane Works, in the amount of Ten thousand eight hundred sixty dollars, ($10,860.00) for the cost of the emergency crane rental in connection with the demolition of Ebenezer Baptist Church, following the fire, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from Account 560500, Fund 1000, Org 420000, Sub-Class 140, Budget Year 2004, Equipment Rentals, Department of Public Works.
