Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc. for Preliminary Engineering work on the Elizabeth Street Bridge rehabilitation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Dollars ($19,580.00), payable from the following account/s:
