Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a professional services agreement or agreements with the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western Pennsylvania for the provision of medical direction services at a cost not to exceed THIRTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($30.00) over three years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western Pennsylvania for the provision of medical direction services to the City’s Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, with an overall cost not to exceed THIRTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($30.00), and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following account codes in their respective budget years, subject to annual appropriations by City Council:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
