Resolution vacating Clinton Street from Brosville Street to the easterly terminus in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Whereas, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that all owners of the property fronting or abutting on the line Clinton Street in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
 
Whereas, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
 
Body
Section 1.  That vacating Clinton Street from Brosville Street to the easterly terminus.  Clinton Street being 176' feet on the northerly line and 126' feet on the southerly line for an average distance of 151' feet, Clinton Street has a 40' right of way consisting of 6,040 square feet of vacated land.  And reserving the right of easement of an 8" waterline located therein, in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby vacated.
