Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Albert Risk Management Consultants for professional services in the form of consultations and oversight for required insurance levels by vendor entering into contracts with the City of Pittsburgh, at an amount not to exceed FIFTY-THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($50,000.00) over one (1) year, charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Resolution.
