Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into agreements in individual amounts of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) or less with various regional youth sports organizations for a total amount not to exceed One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Parks is hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into agreements in individual amounts of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) or less with various youth sports organizations for community-based athletic and recreational activities conducted in the City.
Section 2. Funds for said agreements shall be payable from the following chart account:
11101.500000.56.56151.2022 Item #22222-49 in a total amount not to exceed One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00). The award recipients are listed below:

Said agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
