Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:      

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Controller, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a professional services contract(s),with CitizenObserver.com for the purpose of providing a city-wide online alert system for the enhancement of Public Safety to both City Departments and the residents of the city of Pittsburgh at a biennial cost not to exceed $55,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Organization Police 230000, Sub Class 150, Miscellaneous , Account 525500, Budget Year 2007
