Be it resolved by the Council of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Precise Discovery, LLC, 429 Fourth Avenue, 2^nd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fourteen Dollars and Forty Cents ($3,814.40) for professional services in connection with billboard litigation, chargeable to and payable from 11101.108000.53.53901.2020.
