Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Daystar Computer Systems, Inc. in the amount of $9,881.55 in payment for the annual maintenance agreement for Legistar, a comprehensive legislative tracking software used by the City Clerk's Office, chargeable to and payable from Project Grant 2271000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Fund 5100, Organization 101100, Budget Year 2000, Account No. 600000.
