Resolution amending Resolution 150 of 2025 authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or amendments thereto with Partners for Public Good so as to amend the scope of work such that the City may receive technical assistance toward review and optimization of existing procurement protocols and contracting policies at no cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 150 of 2025 authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or amendments thereto with Partners for Public Good to receive technical assistance to use procurement as a lever for inclusive workforce development, job quality, and local economic empowerment at no cost to the City is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or amendments thereto, with Partners for Public Good to receive technical assistance toward review and optimization of existing procurement protocols and contracting policies that may include, but are not limited to, the to use of procurement as a lever for inclusive workforce development, job quality, and local economic empowerment and to support implementation of the Pittsburgh Good Job Principles on City contracts and in furtherance of the goals of Chapter 177A.02 effective City policies and performance-based contracting practices to save taxpayer money and City staff time.
Section 2. Said agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
