Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Four, Public Places and Property, Article 1, 416.10.D Public Right-Of-Way Encroachments; Permit Required, Public Right-Of-Way-Encroachments to allow One Step Program ramps to be installed without Council Approval.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
416.10 - Public Right-Of-Way Encroachments.
D. Except for sidewalk cafés (see Section 416.17) no person shall erect, construct, or maintain a permanent bridge, tunnel, vault or other encroachment in any public right-of-way without first obtaining a resolution from Council and permission from the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure.
Shall be amended to read:
416.10 - Public Right-of-way Encroachments.
D. Except for sidewalk cafés (see Section 416.17), and ramps approved as a part of the One Step Program (see Section 416.11), no person shall erect, construct, or maintain a permanent bridge, tunnel, vault or other encroachment in any public right-of-way without first obtaining a resolution from Council and permission from the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure.
