WHEREAS, Apostle Dr. Jermaine Horne is the oldest of six children and a native of Pittsburgh PA. He is the Senior Pastor of Breath of Life Church and Chief Apostle of Kingdom Dominion Global Fellowship. He is a preacher, prophet, singer, musician, as well as an author and,
WHEREAS, Apostle Dr. Horne acknowledged his calling at the age of 14 while attending the Mount Zion Fire Baptized Holiness Church. He was ordained in 1997 as an Elder at Ralpha Family Worship Center, incorporated under his Shepard Bishop David A. Brock, where he served in many capacities. Apostle Dr. Horne founded the Breath of Life Ministry in June 1998. and,
WHEREAS, He was affirmed an Apostle and installed as Co-prelate of the Greater Life Fellowship in 2007. Apostle Dr. Horne established The Breath of Life Church of Worship in 2009 and The Kingdom Dominion Global Fellowship & Ministries in 2011 and,
WHEREAS, Apostle Dr. Horne is a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor Nursing of Science Degree. He was the 1st black male to teach at the Western PA School of Nursing. In April 2022, he completed the academic requirements for the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership Christian Ministry. Apostle Dr. Horne has been actively pouring into the people of God throughout the United States.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the October 24, 2025, to be “Apostle Dr. Jermaine Horne Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
