Resolution amending Resolution 334 of 2022, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Julota for software subscription-based client relations management services, by increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($64,451.72) for a new total not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($204,431.72) over three years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 334 of 2022, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Julota for software subscription-based client relations management services at an overall cost to the City not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($139,980.00)," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Julota for software subscription-based client relations management services for software subscription-based client relations management services, by increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($64,451.72) for a new total not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($204,431.72) over three years.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for said Agreement(s) subject to appropriations by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart of accounts:
