Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Pittsburgh Mediation Center for professional services, at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Account 525200, Organization 210000, Budget Year 2004, Department of Public Safety.
