Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute a quitclaim deed conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in and to the property located at 7217 Monticello Street in the 13th Ward of the City and designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block & Lot: 50 174-F-136, to Marvin Miller, for Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) relating to the full and final settlement of a case filed against the City and docketed at AR 25-009878 from the Three Taxing Bodies Trust Fund account 1070876500.43903.00.
Section 2. All related documents shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
