Resolution providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the 2005-2006 Community Development Block Grant Program, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $5,352,972. (Council Districts: All).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following programs and activities in connection with the 2005-2006 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed Five Million Three Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy ($5,352,970) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 2005 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:
