Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with a consultant or consultants for pre-employment background investigations at a cost not to exceed $80,000.00, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a consultant or consultants for pre-employment background investigations at a cost not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00); chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Account 526100, Org. No. 108800, Office of Municipal Investigations Budget Year 2002.

Section 2.      It is requested that this Resolution become effective the date of the Mayor's signature.
