Title
Resolution closing out Community Conservation Partnerships / Keystone Community Grant Project KEY-RTP-5-13, a grant received from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to prepare a Master Plan for City owned property at the junction of the Ohio River and Chartiers Creek.

Whereas, the City of Pittsburgh has prepared a Master Plan for the Chartiers / Ohio Riverfront Park ; and
 
Whereas, the purpose of the Plan is to guide the development of a riverfront park on property owned by the City at the junction of Chartiers Creek and the Ohio River; and
 
Whereas, the plan was financed in part by a Community Conservation Partnerships Program / Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund grant under the Administration of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation under contract KEY-RTP-5-13.
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  That the Director of the Department of City Planning is authorized and directed to take appropriate action to close out the contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources since the project was completed in accordance with the Grant Agreement, all project expenditures have been made and were in accordance the Grant Agreement, the Master Plan is acceptable to the City of Pittsburgh, and the Plan will be used to guide future initiatives related to site.
