Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Finance and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to place a covenant upon Oliver Bath House, as required by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission which provided funds for the Oliver Bath House rehabilitation.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.    The Mayor, the Director of Finance, and the Director of the Office of Management and budget are authorized to place a covenant upon Oliver Bath House, and to take such other action to effectuate that covenant.  The Covenant, intended to ensure that the property will be maintained for ten years, and the architectural and historical characteristics shall be preserved, is required by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission as a condition for the funds it provided for the Oliver Bath House Project.

 

Section 2.  This covenant shall be approved by the solicitor as to form.
