Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution 52 of 2020 is amended as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to continue a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with AskReply doing business as B2GNow for diversity management software and providing for payment thereof at a cost not to exceed $161,243.00, chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards accounts:
