Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts or agreement or agreements, to purchase a targeting system, including installation, supplies, equipment and maintenance for the Bureau of Police.  The total cost shall not exceed Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) chargeable to and payable from PSTA, Fund 2469, Org. No. 230000, Subclass 600, Account 5430000, Budget Year 2001.
