Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 106, effective March 16, 2001, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

Is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.                     

Section 2.                     In all other respects, Resolution No. 106, effective March 16, 2001, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
