Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Chief of Police or the Director of General Services on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Contracts and Agreements, for the purchase of City issued tasers, holsters, batteries, cartridges and other related accessories.  The total cost shall not exceed Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars chargeable to and payable from the Capital Budget, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police.
