Resolution accepting the location of right-of-way for and authorizing acceptance of the new Fort Duquesne Bridge Pedestrian Ramp and Stairs on the North Shore, in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Whereas, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that all owners of the property fronting or abutting on the parcels referenced as "A" and "B" as set forth on the attached drawing (Exhibit A) in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a Resolution for the acceptance of the dedication of the location of the above mentioned right-of-way for the new Fort Duquesne Bridge North Shore Pedestrian Ramp and Stairs (the "improvements").
That accepting the locations of the right-of-way on land owned or to be owned by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County or the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh:
All that certain tract of land beginning at a point on the southerly Right of Way line of relocated North Shore Drive thirty five (35) feet right of the centerline at Station 295+25.90;thence
Along the North Shore drive Right of Way line N 76° 31' 51" E a distance of 65.30 feet to a point; thence
S 13° 57' 54" E a distance of 135.00 feet to a point on the property line of the Sports and Exhibition Authority; thence
along said property line S 77° 00' 00" W a distance of 65.30' to a point, thence
N 13° 57' 54" W a distance of 135.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 8,802.11 square feet or 0.202 acres.
Section 2.
