Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.   The Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or use an existing agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a contractor(s) and or consultant(s) for the purpose of implementing the Freedom Corner Capital Improvement project for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $56,500.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
