Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to extend the Agreement or Agreements with CSS, Inc. for the provision of a business tax and revenue management software package for a sum not to exceed Eight Million, Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty-Nine dollars and zero cents ($8,526,659.00) over ten years. This cost includes implementation, data migration, training, professional services, software subscriptions, hosting fees and maintenance over the course of the Agreement or Agreements.
