Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a purchasing agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with Teleflex LLC for the purchase of intraosseous needles and related supplies. Expenditures for the purchases shall be limited to authorized annual budgeted amounts.  The specific cost of such needles and related supplies will be determined on an as-needed basis at set negotiated prices over the course of the agreement(s)’ three-year term, to be paid from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     Said agreement or agreements and any amendment or amendments thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
