Resolution amending Resolution No. 352 of 2025, which authorized a Professional Service Agreement(s) and or Contract(s) with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC for consulting services for federal government affairs and legislative services, by extending the term through the second quarter of 2026, and increasing the approved amount by Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($15,500) for a new total cost not to exceed of Five Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($589,000) over ten (10) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC for consulting services for federal government affairs and legislative services at a cost not to exceed of Five Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($589,000) over ten (10) years.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:
