Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements for the hiring of a consultant to perform an assessment of the aquatics program for the Department of Parks and Recreation in the amount of $100,000.00 from Miscellaneous Services, Account 526100, Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Organization 500000, Budget Year 2001 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
