Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Curtin & Heefner, LLP, 2005 S. Easton Road, Suite 100, Doylestown, PA l8901 for professional legal services and expert advice regarding Building Owners and Managers litigation in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($20,000.00), charging to 11101.108000.53.53517.2018.
