Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of BluePearl, 807 Camp Horne Rd., Pittsburgh PA 15237, in an amount not to exceed TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-SIX CENTS ($12,085.26), for payment of emergency veterinary services. Funds are chargeable to and payable from the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Animal Care & Control general fund, JDE Account 11101.280000.53.53533.2023.
