Oliver Building 535 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, canopies, flagpoles and sunshades at 5986 & 5996 Penn Circle South and the 200 block of S. Highland Avenue in the 7th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That the Eastside II Land Lease, LLC and Eastside Limited Partnership II 2425 Henry W. Oliver Building 535 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense

Building C, 5986 Penn Circle South:
Six (6) aluminum sunshades 3'9” out from the face of the building, 9'11” up over the sidewalk area.
One (1) aluminum clad canopy 5'7” out from the face of the building, 30'8” up over the sidewalk area.
Three(3) aluminum flagpoles extending 1'1” over the property line, 7½” in width, 24' up over the sidewalk area.

Building D. 5996 Penn Circle South and S. Highland Avenue:
One (1) aluminum clad canopy, 5'5” over the property line, 26'4” up over the sidewalk area.
One (1) aluminum clad canopy 7'4” over the property line, 18'3” up over the sidewalk area.

in the 7th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-595 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all de...
