Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a one-year contract with the Pennsylvania Economy League, Inc., in a form approved by the City Solicitor, at a cost not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 999200, Sub Class 150, Budge year 2005.
