Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorizing to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, for the purchase of fire hose and related accessories.  The total cost shall not exceed Thirty Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. No. 200000, Subclass PGHPR, Budget Year 1996, Project/Grant 2261200, Account 544000, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
