Title
Resolution accepting the dedication of certain streets in Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes, accepting the grading, paving, lighting, curbing and traffic signals, and fixing the width and position of the roadway and sidewalk thereof. (Council District 9).

Whereas, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, owner of certain property in Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, wishes to dedicate certain streets to the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes, and the City of Pittsburgh wishes to accept the dedication;
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The dedication of the following streets and utilities is hereby accepted:
(a) Station Street - Part of Revision No. 1 to Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots:
All that certain lot or piece of ground to be known as Station Street, having a 50' Right-of-Way, and as shown on Revision No. 1 to the Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots situate in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bound and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly Right-of-Way of Collins Avenue (70' R/W), at the Northwest corner of land now or formerly of Missionary Temple Church of God in Christ; thence along Collins Avenue R/W line, N 33? 23' 09.6” E 61.66 feet to a point on the lands of Parcel 2 of Revision No. 1 to the Liberty Park Phase I Plan of Lots; thence along the southern line of Parcel 2 by a curve deflecting to the left with an inside radius of 10.00 feet and an arc distance of 16.92 feet with a chord bearing of S 15? 05' 14.4” E 14.97'; thence continuing along the southern line of Parcel 2 S 63? 33' 38.4” E 183.55 feet to a point; thence along the Southerly line o...
