Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements in connection with the demolition of the existing Fort Pitt Boulevard E.B. from Commonwealth Place to Grant Street, and for Construction Management and Inspection Services of said project at a cost not to exceed $3,200,000.00 chargeable to the following account(s):

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the reimbursement of the federal and/or state's share of costs to the City of Pittsburgh.
