Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services necessary to make physical improvements to the stage area in Market Square, in an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the 1996 Capital Budget, Mayor's Office, "Market Square Stage," Account 566100, Fund 5100, Organization 102000, Subclass PGHPR, Project/Grant 2267084, Budget Year 1996.
