Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The following item in Resolution Number 675 of 2022, effective date December 2, 2022, authorizing the sale of a property in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, is hereby repealed. The hand money is to be refunded. Item F: 1232 Shadycrest Drive Street (Council District No. 4)
