Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of Towers Perrin in connection with the conduct of labor negotiations between the City of Pittsburgh and its bargaining units at a cost not to exceed $25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2005.
