Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Rios Williams Architects, PC for architectural and engineering design services for a series of restroom renovations in the City-County Building, 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for the not to exceed amount of One Hundred Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen Dollars and Five Cents ($110,719.05).  These design services will create code-compliant and accessible restrooms, promote water conservation and energy efficiency, update aesthetics and standardize finishes, provide publicly accessible gender-inclusive and family accommodations, and allow the City to provide revitalized restrooms to employees and visitors of the City-County Building.
