Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with the law firm of Fisher Phillips, LLP, in connection with issues involving labor disputes, at a cost not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars over over six (6) months. charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.

 

Section 3.                     Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Resolution.
