Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of  Tammy Sabina and Jay Hornack, her attorney, Healy and Hornack, PC, Koppers Building, 436 7^th Avenue, Suite 2901, Pittsburgh, PA 15219; in full and final settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania at Docket Number 10-cv-00550-CB, for an employment related claim in the sum of $48,758.84 (Forty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars and Eighty Four Cents) chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 1000, Organization 108800, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2010, Office of Municipal Investigations.
