Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Mariani & Richards, Inc., in the amount of $27,170.67, for the repair of loose and sliding granite coping stones at the Hazlett Theater/Allegheny Regional Library/ Northside Seniors, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
