The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Seven, Business Licensing, Chapter 719, Vendors and Peddlers, Section 719.10, Lists of Sites Approved by Council, is hereby amended as follows:
