Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute relevant agreements with for costs associated with the Bike Share Expansion Project being undertaken by the City & Pittsburgh Bike Share.

Section 2. 

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute relevant agreements with for costs associated at cost to the city is not to exceed $118,000.
